Terms of service.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the conditions of service agreements between Tess Connell Nutrition (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and its clients (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). The Provider offers nutritional therapy services (the “Services”) in Denmark, in accordance with applicable Danish legislation.

2. Contract Formation

The contract becomes effective when the Client verbally or in writing uses the services provided by the Provider. The contract may be established in the following ways:

2.1 Contact Form: By completing and submitting the contact form available on the Provider’s website.

2.2 Email Inquiry: By contacting the Provider via email.

2.3 Telephone Inquiry: By requesting services via phone conversation.

2.4 In-person Meeting: By personally meeting with the Provider and verbally requesting its services.

The Provider informs the Client in advance about the fees and makes the GTC available on its official website at accounts.cool/en/terms.

By using the service, the Client automatically accepts these Terms, which take effect immediately.

3. Service Fees

3.1 The prices for services provided to individuals are exclusive of 25% VAT.

3.2. Payment Terms

The Provider issues an invoice after the order, which the Client must pay in advance in full. Services commence only after full payment of the invoice. The Provider reserves the right to review and modify Service fees annually.

4. Data Protection

The Provider is obligated to handle the Client’s data confidentially and only use it in accordance with applicable Danish data protection laws. The Client consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.

5. Termination of Contract

The Client may terminate the contract before service commencement, in which case the prepaid service fee is fully refunded. After service commencement, withdrawal is not possible.

For consultation services, cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the appointment. Beyond this point, no refund will be issued.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by Danish law. Any disputes between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Danish courts.

7. Amendments

The Provider reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect 30 days after publication and do not affect ongoing orders.
